About Me

After a decade of dedicated service as an Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer, I transitioned to a Fortune 100 company. While I was on a promising path to leadership within the corporate world, I discovered my true passion lies in coaching and mentoring. This realization led me to embark on a new journey—turning coaching into my full-time career.

I leveraged data insights to refine sales strategies and enhance operational efficiency. However, it was my military experience that truly shaped my leadership skills. Managing explosive ordnance disposal and recruiting operations required quick thinking, strategic planning, and exceptional team-building abilities in diverse and high-pressure environments. These experiences ingrained in me the values of trust, resilience, and effective communication.

Now, as the founder of Leadership Progress Coaching, I am committed to guiding individuals and teams toward excellence.
